The Kimchi Company has really seen the benefit from working with Thrive Collective achieving distribution across 1,000 + stores. With an objective to expand distribution into major retailers the Thrive team worked on financial modelling and crafting presentations for retailers, showing the value that the Kimchi Company can add to their category among all the other Kimchi brands that were already in stores. From there they managed the retailer negotiations and achieved distribution into all Coles local stores and a trial into one Woolworths store.
